The explanations and information provided on this page are for general informational purposes only. This policy outlines the refund and cancellation terms for APHA Academy’s online courses.

Refund Policy 

All courses offered by APHA Academy are digital and delivered online. Due to the nature of digital educational services, all sales are final.

APHA Academy does not offer refunds once a class has been accessed, attended, or completed.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Online CPR classes (BLS, ACLS or any other CPR-related course)

  • Digital certifications and eCards

  • Missed classes due to student absence

  • Failure to complete the course requirements

 

Cancellations and Rescheduling

Students may request to reschedule their class if the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled class time.

Requests made less than 24 hours before the class or after the class has started are not eligible for rescheduling or credit.

 

Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only in the event of:

  • Duplicate charges

  • Technical issues on the part of APHA Academy that prevent class delivery

Any exception is evaluated on a case-by-case basis and is not guaranteed.
