Shipping Policy - The Basics
APHA Academy does not ship physical products.
All certifications and course completion documents, including CPR certificates (eCards), are delivered digitally via email.
Once a student successfully completes the class and meets all course requirements, the digital CPR certificate will be issued and sent to the email address provided during registration.
Certificates are typically delivered within 24 hours after course completion.
Delivery Method:
All certificates are delivered electronically by email. No physical cards or printed certificates are mailed.
Delivery Timeframe:
Digital certificates are usually sent within 24 hours of successful course completion. In some cases, delivery may take slightly longer due to verification processes or system-related delays.
Correct Email Information:
Students are responsible for providing a valid and accurate email address at the time of registration. APHA Academy is not responsible for non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete email information.
No Physical Shipping:
APHA Academy does not offer physical shipping. All certifications are issued as digital eCards only.
